    What is the estimated cost?

    All our menu packages are costed & vary in prices listed on our website, we can custom a package to suit your budget & requirements.

    Do you provide cover if it’s raining?

    We have a canopy on the side of the van, we also can provide a gazebo, alternatively we can serve food indoors where applicable.

    What styles of service do you have available?”

    We can do various styles depending on the menu package, plated, sharing boards, buffet, festival style.

    How does it all work?

    All information can be found on our website alternatively please contact us & we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

    Booking:

    Can I reserve the date?”

    Once you have decided to proceed, we can book your chosen date, there is a calendar link on our website with available dates.

    Do you have a booking form?”

    Yes we do click here
    Fill in our contact form & we will send you a booking form.

    Menus:

    Do I have to choose from your menus or can I have a bespoke menu?

    Our menus are a guideline however please do let us know if you have something different in mind, we are more than happy to work with you create a bespoke menu which suits your requirements.

    Can you cater for guests with dietary requirements e.g. gluten free, dairy free, various allergies?”

    Not an issue. Where possible we will modify your chosen menu options to suit your guests needs, if not possible then we will suggest alternatives.

    Can I add extra dishes?”

    Extra dishes can be added please get in touch to discuss.

    What are you able to provide for children?”

    We can make smaller portions for children or can adapt the menu choice to suit your requirements.

    Site Requirements:

    Do you need water?”

    If water can be provided it would be useful, if not available we can bring our own potable water.

    What are your electricity requirements?”

    A standard 13-amp household socket, we have all the cables & plugs, if you are unable to provide electricity, we can provide a generator.

    What space do you require for your set up?”

    Our van is a Luton style 20 ft x 7 ft, this will fit on most driveways.

    Day Of Your Event:

    How long before service do you need to set up?”

    We like to arrive approx. 1 hour prior to service for set up.
